WHY S P A C E CREATES SPACE TO CREATE

In the Western world, we’re often taught to fill the space, whatever that space may be. Whether that be physically, emotionally or even verbally. We’re taught that if we have a large space we need to fill it. If it’s our home, fill it with furniture. If you’re a female with a large handbag, fill it with stuff. If there is an uncomfortable silence, to fill it with verbal dialogue, that may be unnecessary. It’s a very different concept in the East.

Here in the West, if we’re taught to fill the space, regardless of what we fill it with, it creates something in our life that many of us may not really be aware of what we’re creating + what we’re surrounding ourself with.

The magic is actually found in the space. So if we don’t fill the space, if we just allow ourselves space, whether it be physical space, emotional space, verbal space or mental space, that is really where the magic is. So why don’t we try creating space for ourselves + just see what happens
